• Proven experience in automotive or heavy equipment glass installation (or a strong desire to learn)
• A commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Certifications in auto glass installation or repair (bonus)
• Experience working with fleet vehicles or construction equipment (bonus)
