Job summary

Glass America CA Goleta, CA is seeking an Auto Glass Technician. You will install automotive glass in-shop or on a mobile basis, using proper tools and techniques to ensure safe, timely, and high‑quality installations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience replacing automotive glass.
• Calibration (static/dynamic) experience preferred.
• Body shop R&I/R&R experience a plus.
• Experience with flat glass is a plus.
• Must have a strong work ethic and good attendance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass and other auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Use the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality installation service.
• Maintain communication with management and local support team to stay up to date on any job changes, cancellations or additions.
• Complete necessary paperwork and make bank deposits in a timely fashion.
• Deliver WoW (wonderful on the way) to each customer while supporting the company mission.

• Minimum 4+ years experience replacing automotive glass.
• Calibration (static/dynamic), body shop (R&I/R&R) and flat glass experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and attendance.
• Problem solver who can work independently.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Complete a criminal background check
