Service Pros Auto Glass is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside partnered automotive dealerships. You will engage customers in service lanes, identify glass replacement opportunities, educate on services, and coordinate appointments with the service team.

This full-time, W-2 position offers weekly pay and commission opportunities, with 40 hours per week and a Monday–Saturday schedule. Applicants should have strong communication skills and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in dealership service lanes and waiting areas
• Identify potential windshield replacement or auto glass repair opportunities
• Educate customers on available auto glass services
• Coordinate glass replacement appointments with the service team
• Build relationships with dealership service advisors, managers, and technicians
• Encourage referrals and help grow service volume
• Track leads, customer interactions, and completed jobs
• Maintain a professional and positive brand presence inside partner dealerships
