Don Johnson Auto Group Collision Center in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced auto glass technician for a full‑time, Monday–Friday role with no weekends. You will receive paid training in ADAS calibration and grow with a family‑owned shop that values safety, craftsmanship, and ongoing certification.

Responsibilities include replacing windshields and other glass, performing static and dynamic ADAS calibrations, pre‑ and post‑repair scans, and documenting results to OEM specs.

Qualifications

• Automotive glass installation experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

What You’ll Do

Automotive Glass Installation

• Replace windshields, side glass, and back glass
• Prepare vehicles and installation surfaces properly
• Follow manufacturer procedures and industry safety standards
• Complete clean, professional installations without leaks or comebacks

ADAS Calibration

We will provide training.

• Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations
• Set up calibration targets and equipment
• Complete required road‑test calibrations
• Verify cameras, sensors, and safety systems are functioning correctly

Diagnostics and Scanning

• Perform pre-repair and post-repair vehicle scans
• Identify diagnostic trouble codes
• Assist in troubleshooting camera, sensor, and electrical concerns
• Confirm repairs and calibrations meet OEM specifications

Documentation and Quality Control

• Document repairs, scans, and calibration results accurately
• Follow established safety and quality procedures
• Maintain clean, organized tools and work areas
• Ensure every vehicle is returned safely and professionally

• Automotive glass installation or replacement experience preferred
