Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$48,900.00 - $80,600.00

What Is the Opportunity?

As an Associate Claim Rep, Auto First Party Medical (FPM), you will receive comprehensive training in claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation while working alongside experienced claim professionals. This position focuses on developing your skills and knowledge to successfully manage first party medical claims, such as personal injury protection and medical payment benefits. This position is the first step toward becoming a fully qualified Claims Representative. This program is typically 9-12 months and upon successful completion of this program you will have the skills needed to handle claims independently and progress toward full claims handling responsibility.

What is a Must Have?

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience.
