Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Automotive Diagnostic Technician / Mechanic in Edmond, OK. The role focuses on diagnosing vehicles, mentoring technicians, and coaching the service team to deliver transparent, high-quality repairs.

The position emphasizes complex electrical diagnostics, cross-vehicle expertise, and teamwork to ensure guest trust and satisfaction. Weekend time with family is valued, and the shop offers supportive resources and continuous training.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as automotive technician/mechanic.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Must be able to complete complex electrical diagnostics.
• Strong desire of problem solving.
• A desire for long-term career development.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or plan to achieve.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computers.
• Current driver’s license and driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and completing complex electrical diagnostics.
• Continuously build your technician experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Leverage technician resources available through Christian Brothers Automotive.
• Work as a team to troubleshoot and get to root cause of customer concerns.
• Communicate repair options transparently with Service.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and shop organization standards.
• Collaborate to meet customer expectations and deliver results.
• Complete full, accurate and visually transparent digital vehicle inspections.
• Treat each guest with respect.
