Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Porter to maintain the cleanliness of the shop and office and to pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs. You will perform interior and exterior cleanup, assist in moving vehicles to sublet locations, and support production areas with housekeeping tasks.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, the ability to multitask, and attention to detail. A valid driver’s license and being 18+ are necessary, with automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior (garbage, floors, dusting).
• Maintain daily housekeeping of production area interior (waste, floors, tools).
• Keep parking lots/grounds neat; shovel sidewalks as needed.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Clean interior and exterior of vehicles after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
