Teph Seal Auto Appearance is seeking a Detail Specialist to maintain vehicle surfaces and interiors with fast-paced service. The role includes washing, waxing, vacuuming, and applying protective chemicals to ensure high-quality results for dealership customers.

Candidates should be able to work as part of a team, learn quickly, and adhere to safety and grooming standards while meeting production needs, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Desire to treat each customer’s personal vehicle with great care and respect
• The willingness to come to work on time and stay on task when on the clock
• The ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles
• The availabilityto workSaturday or Sundayand holidays as deemed necessary to meet production needs
• Commitment to report to work on time and stay on task during shift

Responsibilities

• Wash exterior of vehicles using cleaning solutions.
• Wax and buff vehicles as needed with cloths and buffing machines.
• Vacuum the interior and clean upholstery and surfaces.
• Use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply preservation chemicals.
• May use dyes, paints, and waxes to protect leather or fabric; clean engines or engine compartments.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
