Preferred Appearance & Detailing is hiring detailers in Grand Haven, MI. We recondition used car inventories for multiple Preferred stores and offer steady year-round work with room to grow. Both used car and retail detailers are welcomed, with competitive hourly pay and production bonuses.

Responsabilidades

• Detail used car inventory to prepare vehicles for showroom and lot.
• Deliver high-end results on retail customer vehicles.
• Thoroughly clean interiors and exteriors from start to finish.
• Perform compounding, polishing, and waxing of exteriors.
• Ensure clear interior and exterior windows.
• Apply tire and trim dressing for a polished look.
• Use professional products and equipment safely.

Preferred Appearance & Detailing is growing, and we're adding detailers to our team. As the detail center for the Preferred Automotive group, we recondition used car inventory for every Preferred store: Preferred Chevrolet Buick GMC, Preferred Ford, Preferred Auto Advantage, Preferred Chrysler Dodge of Muskegon, Preferred Chrysler Dodge of Grand Haven, and Toyota of Grand Rapids. Our retail side is growing too, as more local customers trust us with their personal vehicles.

We're hiring for both used car detailers and retail detailers. If you take pride in making a vehicle look its best and you want steady work with strong earning potential, we want to talk to you. The cars keep coming all year, and the better and faster you work, the more you earn.

Compensation:

• Flat rate of $16.25 – $21.25+ per hour.
• Production bonuses of up to $375 per pay period
• Steady, year-round work

Key Responsibilities:

• Detail used car inventory for our dealerships, getting vehicles front-line ready
• Deliver high-end results on retail customer vehicles
• Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors, start to finish
• Perform compounding, polishing, and waxing of exteriors
• Ensure crystal-clear interior and exterior windows
• Apply tire and trim dressing for a polished look
• Use professional products and equipment safely and correctly
• Take on additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and able to stay productive
• Dealership reconditioning or retail detail experience is a plus

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• Valid and current driver's license
