Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Detailer at the Indianapolis - North service center. You will thoroughly clean vehicles before delivery and assist the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles, while keeping detail tools and equipment well-maintained.

You must meet Caliber and OEM standards and be prepared for a fast-paced shop environment. The position offers competitive pay ($16–$18/hour) with weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and benefits from day one.

• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform kneeling/bending.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced shop.
