Enterprise Mobility is seeking an Automotive Detailer to join our team in Doylestown, PA. Starting pay is $17/hour for part-time (25 hours) or full-time (40 hours) with merit increases based on performance.

Full-time benefits include health, life, dental and vision insurance, 401k, PTO, and training opportunities. Schedules vary: full-time options with weekday/weekend hours or alternate shifts; part-time options with shorter daytime windows.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the listed location within 30 days of start.

Responsabilidades

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the exterior of vehicles, including cars, vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; clear prior customer data; manage lost & found items; verify registration and license plate.
• Check fluid levels; inspect tires and cambers; identify safety concerns; report issues; move vehicle as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; assist customers when needed; support branch cleanliness and overall site appearance.
• Site appearance duties include desks, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, and lot maintenance.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, training and goal setting.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

The starting compensation for this job is $17 / hour based on a 25 hour (part time) or 40 hour (full time) workweek.Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance. The position is located at 695 N Main St Doylestown, PA 18901.

You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assists customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches
• Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location
