Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks an Auto Detailer in Mira Mesa, San Diego, CA to thoroughly clean vehicles before delivery and support the repair center by shuttling customers and cars. You will maintain detail tools and follow Caliber and OEM standards in a fast-paced shop environment.

Eligible candidates will earn $17–$20 per hour, with weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and benefits from day one including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer.
• Shuttle customers and vehicles to the appropriate locations within the repair center.
• Maintain service tools and equipment in the detail department and follow Caliber and OEM standards.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Detailer to thoroughly clean all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer, provide support to the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to the appropriate locations while maintaining all service tools and equipment in the detail department. Auto Detailers will be required to follow Caliber and OEM standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years of age or older

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
