Job summary

Caliber Collision in Eagle, ID is seeking an Auto Detailer to thoroughly clean all vehicles before final delivery to customers and to support the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to the appropriate locations while maintaining all detailing tools and equipment. Auto Detailers will be required to follow Caliber and OEM standards.

Caliber’s Auto Detailers can earn $16–$20 per hour, with industry-competitive pay, paid weekly and overtime eligibility, and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be covered under employer's insurance.
• Collision experience or vocational certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean vehicles prior to final delivery to customers.
• Shuttle customers and vehicles to appropriate locations while supporting the repair center.
• Maintain service tools and equipment in the detailing department and follow Caliber and OEM standards.

JOB SUMMARY

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
