Job summary

Caliber Collision in Durham, NC is seeking an Auto Detailer to thoroughly clean vehicles before delivery and to support the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to the appropriate locations. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to Caliber and OEM standards.

You will work in a fast-paced production shop with opportunities for paid trainings (I-CAR, ASE), overtime, and room for career growth. Benefits begin day one and include medical, dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical activity and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean vehicles prior to final delivery.

• Maintain detail department tools and equipment per standards.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Detailer to thoroughly clean all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer, provide support to the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to the appropriate locations while maintaining all service tools and equipment in the detail department. Auto Detailers will be required to follow Caliber and OEM standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
