Job summary

Brian Bemis Toyota of DeKalb is seeking an Auto Detailer to prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery and display. You will thoroughly clean exteriors and interiors, apply protectants, and ensure each vehicle meets showroom standards.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new, used, and customer vehicles for delivery and display.
• Thoroughly clean and detail exteriors; wash, wax as needed.
• Clean interiors including carpets, seats, dashboards, and windows.
• Apply protectants and finishing products to maintain appearance.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery.
• Maintain showroom vehicles and dealership inventory appearance.

What You’ll Do

As an Auto Detailer, you will be responsible for preparing new, used, and customer vehicles for delivery and display. Your duties will include:

• Thoroughly clean, wash, wax, and detail vehicle exteriors
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, dashboards, and windows
• Apply protectants, dressings, and finishing products to maintain vehicle appearance
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
• Maintain the appearance of showroom vehicles and dealership inventory
• Move, park, and organize vehicles on dealership property
• Assist with lot maintenance and cleanliness as needed
• Safely operate detailing equipment, buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and cleaning tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
