Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Detailer in Charles Town to thoroughly clean vehicles before final delivery and to assist in moving customers and vehicles around the shop. You will maintain detail tools and equipment and ensure compliance with Caliber and OEM standards.

The role emphasizes routine physical activity, teamwork, and attention to quality. This position offers a pathway to growth within a production-focused environment, with weekly pay and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer.
• Shuttle customers and vehicles to appropriate locations while maintaining all service tools and equipment in the detail department.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Detailer to thoroughly clean all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer, provide support to the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to the appropriate locations while maintaining all service tools and equipment in the detail department. Auto Detailers will be required to follow Caliber and OEM standards.

OUR AUTO DETAILERS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

• $16.00-$19.00 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years of age or older

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
