Job summary

Caliber Collision in Bloomington, MN is seeking an Auto Detailer to thoroughly clean vehicles before delivery and support the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles as needed.

This role requires following Caliber and OEM standards. The position offers weekly pay with overtime eligibility, and benefits from day one including medical, dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical activities including reaching, bending, kneeling and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced repair shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean vehicles prior to final delivery to customers.
• Shuttle customers and vehicles between locations as needed.
• Maintain and organize detail department tools and equipment.
• Follow Caliber and OEM standards for detailing.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Detailer to thoroughly clean all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer, provide support to the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to the appropriate locations while maintaining all service tools and equipment in the detail department. Auto Detailers will be required to follow Caliber and OEM standards.

OUR AUTO DETAILERS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

• $18-22 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
