Teph Seal Auto Appearance in Missouri seeks detail specialists for flat-rate positions. Roles involve washing, waxing, interior detailing and quality control to ensure high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced shop. Two levels: Detail Specialist 1 (some experience) and Detail Specialist 2 (2+ years).

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Desire to treat each customer’s personal vehicle with great care and respect
• Willingness to come to work on time and stay on task
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles
• Availability to work Saturday or Sunday and holidays to meet production needs
• Commitment to report to work on time and stay on task during shift

Responsibilities

• Wash exterior of vehicles using cleaning solutions
• Wax and buff vehicles as needed
• Vacuum interior and clean upholstery and surfaces
• Use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces
• Apply preservation chemicals to protect against spots and stains
• Identify and communicate any vehicle imperfections
• Quality inspect your work and teammates’ work
• Work with a sense of urgency to respect customers’ time
