Job summary

Teph Seal Auto Appearance is hiring detailers at our Indianapolis service centers. The role focuses on washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming interiors and protecting vehicle finishes with appropriate products.

You will also inspect work quality and assist with engine bays as needed, while maintaining high customer service standards. The position requires a valid driver's license, reliability, and the ability to work a fast-paced schedule including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.
• Read and comprehend instructions; drive both automatic and manual shifts.
• Must be on time and able to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
• Desire to treat each customer’s vehicle with care and respect.

Responsibilities

• Wash vehicle exteriors with cleaning solutions, wax and buff as needed.
• Vacuum interiors, clean upholstery, and wipe surfaces for quality finish.
• Use air compressors and cleaning tools to dry surfaces and protect finishes.
• May apply dyes, paints or waxes to protect leather or fabric surfaces.
• May inspect and remove grease from engines; perform additional duties as requested.
