Teph Seal Auto Appearance in North Canton, OH, is seeking Detail Specialist 1 or 2 to join our fast-paced auto detailing team. Responsibilities include washing, waxing, vacuuming, and light engine cleaning with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions, with a valid driver's license and willingness to work weekends. Full-time and part-time positions available with competitive flat-rate pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Desire to treat each customer's vehicle with care and respect.
• Willingness to come to work on time and stay on task when on the clock.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Availability to work Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to punctuality and focus during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wash exterior of vehicles using cleaners and water.
• Vacuum and clean interior surfaces; remove dirt and debris.
• Apply preservation chemicals and protect surfaces.
• May wax, buff, or use dyes on leather/fabrics as needed.
• May clean engines and compartments; respond to management needs.
