Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis is seeking a Dealership Inventory Associate to maintain our new and used vehicle inventory and appearance. You will check in arrivals, enter photos and descriptions, and organize the lot for optimal presentation.

This position requires strong computer skills, the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Typical hours are Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Maintaining inventory and appearance for new and used vehicles.
• Data entry including photos and Internet descriptions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Solid computer skills required.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining new & used vehicle inventory and appearance.
• Checking in new & used inventory.
• Data entry – adding photos, Internet description, Vehicle Details.
• Organizing vehicles' position in the dealership.
• Keeps the lot clean and organized throughout the day.
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Other duties may be assigned by the manager.
