Murdock Acura SLC in Salt Lake City is seeking a friendly, dependable Receptionist to warmly welcome customers and support our dealership team. You are the first contact for callers and visitors, helping create a professional and positive experience.

This on-site role requires a person who can stay organized, communicate well with sales, service, and management, and help customers receive timely assistance. Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Qualificações

• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Dependability and availability to work the listed schedule.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Communicate with sales, service, and management to help customers receive timely assistance.
• Handle customer and dealership information with care and confidentiality.
