GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee in the San Mateo, CA area. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements while partnering with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.

The role offers a structured trainee program, licensing support, and comprehensive benefits. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in high‑volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.

Annual Salary

$32.05 - $50.36

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
