GEICO is hiring a Field Auto Damage Trainee in San Jose, CA. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with body shops, rental agencies and parts suppliers.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and licensing support are provided by GEICO.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

Annual Salary

Annual Salary $32.05 - $50.36. The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations. At this time, GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
