Job summary

GEICO Auto Damage Adjuster role offers the chance to assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements while coordinating with body shops and rental providers. You will work in the Fairfax/Leesburg, VA area, supporting customers with empathy and clear communication.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of auto damage experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position requires onsite work in the Leesburg territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of Auto Damage experience required.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred.
• Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Willingness to be flexible with primary work location; position may require field and in-office work.
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
