Job summary

TheBest Claims is currently sourcing multiple Auto Customer Service Representatives to work out of our Irving, TX office. These positions are in office and start immediately.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in auto insurance as an insurance professional or CSR, with familiarity using Salesforce, Claim Leader, and CCC One to set up and manage claims; duties include organizing photos, estimates, and invoices for audit-ready review by adjusters. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as an Insurance Professional, CSR, or Claims Assistant in auto
• Experience setting up new claims across Salesforce, Claim Leader, and CCC One
• Able to upload and organize photos, estimates, and invoices in CCC One; keep files audit-ready for adjuster review
