We are a Texas-based automotive aftermarket brand backed by over two decades of performance engineering and manufacturing history. We build real parts for real enthusiasts—designed and tested by people who actually turn wrenches. Our brand lineup covers diesel truck performance, gasoline performance, and beyond. Our U.S. creative hub is anchored right here in Texas. We’re currently setting up our regional HQ in Dallas—a massive flex space designed to park our custom build trucks, run our office, and host brand meetups down the road. We’re not looking for polished corporate marketers; we need creators who know how to capture the raw energy of truck culture, garage builds, and performance gear. You’ll have direct access to build trucks, fresh products, and a community of true enthusiasts. If you want a role where you can get your hands dirty and make awesome content, keep reading.
About the Role
This isn’t a desk job. One day you’re in a shop bay filming a cold-air intake install; the next, you’re at the track covering a drag event, or on the highway at dawn capturing B-roll of a custom truck pulling a trailer. If that sounds better than sitting in a cubicle, keep reading.
Responsibilities
- Own the Full Pipeline: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create Authentic Content: Produce videos that car and truck enthusiasts actually want to watch—install guides, product deep‑dives, customer builds, event coverage, and head‑to‑head comparison tests.
- Be the Face of the Brand: Step in front of the camera to translate complex technical specs into clear, engaging value for our customers—whether it's a Power Stroke diesel torque upgrade or a high‑performance gasoline plumbing setup.
- Drive the Content Strategy: Build and manage a content calendar aligned with new product launches, industry events, and seasonal market trends across our entire performance product lineup.
- Hit the Field: Attend and cover automotive events, truck shows, drag races, and local shop visits across the region.
- Track & Optimize: Monitor content performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize videos to grow our audience and drive engagement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work directly with our global product team to get hands‑on with new parts before launch, so you can explain them as if you built them yourself. (You will report directly to U.S. leadership based in Texas.)
Qualifications
- Active Automotive Enthusiast: You currently own, build, or actively maintain a modified vehicle (diesel pickup, gas performance car, or off‑road build). You know your way around a garage and actually turn wrenches.
- Proven Track Record: You’ve published automotive or modification content on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok—with a portfolio or active channel link to prove it.
- Solo Creator Skills: You can self‑shoot and self‑edit. You know your way around a camera, gimbal, wireless mics, and Premiere Pro (or DaVinci / Final Cut).
- Deep Technical Understanding: You genuinely understand automotive performance—intake systems, fuel systems, exhaust, plumbing, suspension, and tuning. You don't need a glossary to talk about AN fittings, fuel rails, or a cold air intake vs. a stock airbox.
- Location & Travel: You're willing to work on‑site in Dallas and have a valid driver's license for travel, events, and field shoots.
Required Skills
- Personal Audience: You’ve built your own social media following—even a small one with high engagement in the automotive community.
- Industry Experience: You’ve worked in or around a performance shop, dealership, or aftermarket parts brand.
- Motion Graphics: Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects, Fusion) to create clean technical animations or callouts.
- Community Connection: You already know what events like SEMA, PRI, UCC, or regional drag races/truck meets are without Googling.
