Parks Buick GMC in Kernersville is hiring skilled Collision Center Technicians for our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility. We offer plenty of work, a generous pay plan, and opportunities to advance. Join our busy shop and help deliver high-quality repairs on time.

We provide OJT with I-CAR and ASE training, a team-focused environment, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision after 60 days, plus disability coverage and PTO. No weekends; walk-in applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• I-CAR and ASE Certifications are a plus – we provide ongoing training
• Working knowledge of body shop equipment and tools including frame and measuring equipment
• Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Dependable attendance
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders and meet deadlines
• Conduct parts inventory for collision repairs to ensure accuracy
• Weld metals, repair metal, and plastic components
• Remove damaged fenders and panels
• Grind, sand, and file repaired surfaces
• Repair or replace defective mechanical parts
• Perform proper tool and equipment usage and maintenance
• Keep shop area clean and organized
• Other duties may be assigned
