Walmart Inc. is hiring for Auto Care Center roles at the Germantown, WI location. The positions are full-time with hourly pay between $19.00 and $32.00, and shifts may start from 4:00am to 9:00am.

The role focuses on vehicle maintenance and customer service within our Auto Care Center. As part of the team, you will perform oil changes, tire services, and general maintenance, obtain relevant certifications, and help customers.

Competenze

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience with basic oil changes and tire service.
• Ability to perform general maintenance on vehicles.
• Willingness to be certified and operate powered equipment.

These Auto Care Center roles focus on the needs of our customers who entrust us with the care of their vehicles as they shop for merchandise and services offered at Walmart. Are you an ace with car maintenance? With over 2500 auto centers nationwide staffed by certified technicians, we perform millions of tire and oil services a year.

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
