Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and in-stock levels.
• Provides customer service by recognizing customer needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting services.
• Maintains Auto Care Center and service area by stocking, rotating, and pricing merchandise, and ensuring safety and compliance.
• Coordinates team activities, hires and trains associates, and supports plans to meet customer and business needs.
