Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center by stocking and pricing merchandise.
• Provide customer service and assist with purchases, service orders, and resolving customer issues.
• Maintain the Auto Care Center and service area displays and inventory levels.
• Ensure technicians are trained and qualified on service procedures and safety requirements.

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
