Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to perform a range of reconditioning tasks at customer sites, often at partner locations such as dealerships and rental agencies. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and explicit first-year and long-term earnings expectations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in collision repair or bodywork, exceptional color matching, and a strong customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
