Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair experience to straighten and square.
• Blueprinting and precise repair with no shortcuts.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across crews.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
