Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of collision repair experience or completion of a technical school or apprenticeship program.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles according to the estimate and established quality standards.
• Restore body panels, structural components, and outer body parts to pre-accident condition.
• Communicate with management regarding repairs needed, delays, or completion times.

Skills
