Job summary

Caliber Rocky Point Service Center in New York is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our team. You will blueprint and execute precise repairs, handle full collision work from minor dents to frame rebuilds, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through efficiently.

We offer competitive pay, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and training through I-CAR and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, precise welds, no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
