Qualifications

• Must be able to pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Works with others on vehicle repair status.
• Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status.
• Makes decisions on repair versus replace.
• Removes upholstery and accessories to access vehicle.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces.
• Directs the work of an apprentice when needed.
