Caliber Collision's Norcross Service Center is seeking experienced auto body technicians to restore vehicles to factory specifications with precision and care. Qualifications

• At least two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills including straightening and alignment.
• No-shortcuts approach to blueprinting and fixing correctly.
• Detail-oriented with focus on bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise collision repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
