Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of auto body repair methods and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle bodies using tools and methods for dents, frames, and parts.
• Repair or replace glass, interior parts, and paint as required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety.
