Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our Automotive department. In this performance-driven, safety-focused role, you will repair collision-damaged vehicles, including body panel repair and replacement, frame and structural work, and refinishing preparation.

You will follow standardized repair processes, OEM procedures and quality standards to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in auto body repair.
• Ability to follow OEM repair procedures.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Repair collision-damaged vehicles including panel work.
• Perform frame and structural repairs as prescribed.
• Prepare surfaces for refinishing and OEM-compliant returns.
• Collaborate with estimators and painters to ensure quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and support customer satisfaction.
