The Boyd Group is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our Automotive department. In this performance-driven, safety-focused role, you will repair collision-damaged vehicles, including body panel repair and replacement, frame and structural work, and refinishing preparation.

You will follow standardized repair processes, OEM procedures and quality standards to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Responsibilities

• Repair collision-damaged vehicles, including body panel repair and replacement.

• Prepare surfaces for refinishing and ensure proper corrosion protection.
• Follow standardized repair processes and OEM procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with estimators and painters to ensure accurate repairs and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and support customer satisfaction.
