Position features a flat-rate compensation structure with exceptional earning potential. Requires at least 5 years of collision repair experience, valid license, and ability to pass a background check. ICAR credentials are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of collision repair or body shop experience.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• ICAR credentials are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle tear-downs and damage assessments for repair planning.
• Repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and collision repair standards.
• Review estimates and ensure correct parts are ordered and received.
• Identify and communicate additional repair needs through the supplement process.
• Collaborate with estimators, technicians, and management to ensure repair quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain detailed documentation for repairs, warranty work, and quality control.
• Ensure all repairs meet high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Compensation: $125,000 - $165,000+ per year

What You'll Do

• Perform vehicle tear-downs and damage assessments for accurate repair planning
• Repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and collision repair standards
• Review estimates and ensure correct parts are ordered and received
• Identify and communicate additional repair needs through the supplement process
• Collaborate with estimators, technicians, and management to ensure repair quality and timely delivery
• Maintain detailed documentation for repairs, warranty work, and quality control
• Ensure all repairs meet the highest standards of workmanship and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For
