• Repair collision-damaged vehicles including body panel repair and replacement, and perform frame and structural work.
• Perform refinishing preparation and follow OEM procedures and standardized repair processes to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Collaborate with estimators and painters to ensure quality and timeliness of repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and uphold safety standards.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and support ongoing training and career development.
