Job summary

Harr Collision Center in Worcester, MA is seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our busy collision center. We handle a steady, high-volume workflow with modern equipment and a team that prides itself on quality work and teamwork.

The role requires dependable, motivated technicians who can perform structural and non-structural repairs, follow OEM procedures, and collaborate with estimators and parts to keep repairs moving smoothly. I-CAR and OEM certifications are a plus.

• Must have strong collision repair skills.

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
• Repair and replace damaged panels and components
• Perform vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Complete sheet metal and body repairs
• Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer specifications
• Identify additional damage during the repair process
• Work closely with estimators, parts, and production to keep repairs moving
• Maintain high standards for quality and safety
• Keep your work area clean and organized
