Job summary

Caliber Collision in Tucson is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to repair and restore vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint and execute repairs, work on frames and panels, and ensure precise reassembly while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to blueprint specifications.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame rebuilds.
• Do panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow shop procedures.
