Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Body Technician at our Magnolia, TX center. You will repair collisions end-to-end, including frame and structural work, panel alignment, and precise reassembly to factory specs. Bring at least two years of auto body experience and a no-shortcuts mindset.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of auto body experience repairing wrecks.
  • Frame and structural repair knowledge to pull, straighten and square components.
  • No-shortcuts mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work physically.
  • Collaborative team player with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision to factory specs.
  • Full collision repair including fender to frame work.
  • Panel and structural work to restore alignment.
  • Quality reassembly and finish work to exact tolerances.
  • Work as a team to move cars efficiently and safely.
  • Keep work area clean and safe at all times.
