Caliber Collision’s Toms River Service Center is hiring a collision repair technician. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble vehicles, from fender benders to frame work, delivering factory-spec repairs as part of a team that prioritizes safety and quality.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
  • Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten, and square components.
  • Blueprinting and precise repair workmanship with no shortcuts.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on shop floor.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
  • Perform full collision repair including fender and frame work.
  • Handle panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area.
