Job summary

Caliber Collision Tarpon Springs is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles with modern equipment and precision. This role runs from assessed damage to final reassembly, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

We value a two-plus year track record, frame/structural know-how, and a team-first approach. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten and square it up.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across painting and estimating.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform full collision repair from initial assessment to finish.
• Blueprint and execute repairs with factory specs.
• Repair panels and frames with precision and care.
• Reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with estimators, painters, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to standards.
