Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Body Technician at our Springfield East location. You’ll perform frame and structural repairs, blueprint and align components, and deliver high-quality results in a collaborative shop setting.

With 2+ years in auto body repair, you’ll join a team that values precision, safety, and efficiency, and offers competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Two years of auto body repair experience.
  • Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
  • No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right first time.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters and estimators.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Handle full collision repairs from frame to finish.
  • Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and precise finishes.
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates across departments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
