Job summary

H & H Chevrolet Cadillac is seeking an experienced Body Shop / Collision Repair Technician to perform repairs and alterations on vehicle exteriors. The shop features state-of-the-art equipment, including two spray-bake paint booths, and a busy Direct Repair Facility with lots of work.

We offer top pay, medical insurance, PTO, a 401(k) match, and a 5-day work week in a family-owned, long-standing operation in Shippensburg.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision/body shop repair experience required or preferred.
• I-CAR certification is preferred, but not required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair and restore collision-related auto body damage to pre-loss condition.
• Thoroughly examine vehicle damages and diagnose issues to ensure all repair needs are identified.
• Accurately scope out length and difficulty of repairs; restore vehicles to original condition or better.

We are busier than ever and need to hire an experienced Body Shop / Collision Repair Technician to perform repairs, replacements, and other alterations to the exteriors of motor vehicles. We have a state-of-the-art, 12,600 sq. ft. shop and equipment with two spray-bake paint booths and a downdraft prep-deck! We represent most major insurance companies as a Direct Repair Facility and have LOTS of work available!

Responsibilities:

• Repair and restore collision related auto body damage to pre-loss condition
• Thoroughly examine vehicle damages by performing diagnostic assessments to ensure that all issues have been detected
• Accurately scope out length and difficulty of repairs required
• Restore vehicles to their original condition, or better, by repairing, replacing, and upgrading features of their exterior using knowledge of repair principles, techniques, and procedures
• Knowledge of databases used in the repairing of vehicles to pre-accident condition
• Observe safety regulations at all times

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3+ years of Collision / Body Shop Repair Tech experience is preferred
• I-Car Certification is preferred, but not required
• Must hold valid driver's license and good driving record
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Working knowledge of shop equipment
