Job summary

Caliber Collision in Richland, MS is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair and restore vehicles to factory specs. You will perform full collision repair, framing, panel work, and precise reassembly while collaborating with painters, estimators, and office staff.

This role requires physical fitness and a strong eye for detail. The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on experience and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and work in physical environments.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Full collision repair from assessment to finish.
  • Panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly and accurate fit/finish.
  • Work as a team to move vehicles through the shop.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
